i also got a heart attack like this on my g2 max it happened for some reason if you push the scooter while in the same time you turn it on and it glitches and won't go so you have to stop for a few seconds and then throtle. had this multiple times.

Bro, what happened is that you lost the ability to move forward without having to give it speed; it now has to be going at least 5 km/h to move forward. I don't know how to reactivate the ability to move forward like that, but it's happening.
