I love that kind of corn too! Fun fact, when my parents got married, the 1st meal Mom made Dad was creamed corn and biscuits. You half the biscuit and cover with corn and butter 💯

Instead of doing it in the microwave, it’s even better if you take it and put it in an iron skillet with the butter on medium heat, and slowly let it cook, stirring and scraping every so often and let the corn get thicker and reduce down. It becomes a little bit sweeter and creamer and you can add your seasoning in your butter or whatever else you want to it but it’s so much better if you do it in iron skillet on a medium heat.
