@allshallperishofficial: 20 years ago, today, we released The Price Of Existence. This album encompassed every sound that had driven us to create. With a young guy named Zack Ohren at Castle Ultimate studios in Oakland California, and with brand new band members Eddie Hermida and Chris Storey, we recorded an album that would go on to be known as a seed of the DEATH CORE wave of the 2000s. These songs were written from the summer of ‘05 through the winter when we started recording. This was a time when metalcore was reaching stadium status and "deathcore" was small crazy shows with young kids gurgling gutturals in gym shorts and cannibal tees. There was a crazy energy in the early scene, the shows were totally insane and full of a wild cross section of kids. This album saw the band tour the world with Suicide Silence, Despised Icon, Animosity, The Faceless, Throwdown, Warriors, Bleeding Through, Emmure, Job For a Cowboy, Walls of Jericho, Caliban, Terror, The Red Chord, Hate eternal, and so many others!! Thank you to all the fans OG fans who were part of this era, and all the yoots fkn with it now!!! WE LOVE YOU ALL!! AND STAY TUNED, WE WILL BE CELEBRATING THIS MF ALL MONTH!!!!!!!!!
