I’m fine, how are you? :
Can’t hike anymore because I’m disabled but I can roll on accessible trails. Now I can stay at the luxury hotel, I can eat at fine dining and the local restaurants, I can buy the memberships to my favorite museums and conservatories, I can garden and not worry about spending too much, I can put fantastical sculptures in my garden, I can be at peace.

This really made me stop and think. I’m still surviving and I know I’m missing out on so much. I turn 50 in January. I always loved life and then lost it and turned to unhealthy coping. This inspired me more than you know. ❤️

4yrs ago i moved to a little town in the mountains where NO ONE knew my name. at first i brought it all with me. i thought it was too quiet, i needed more. Now i see its just what the dr ordered. time to destress, decompress. time to think, to breath, to dream, to regenerate a new version of me for the next chapter. Yaaaas. No more survival mode.
