Random and off topic but I need to share and I know you promote buying apartments. Make sure the apartment is not near the elevator!! The second bedroom and bathroom in my place literally vibrates and makes noise every time someone is using the lift 🙃

I wouldn’t even look at a place if it had a shower over bath, or a small shower, or wasn’t a walk in shower. A bit irrational, but buying a home doesn’t really need to be completely rational!
