@jodiyandow: by far the best homemade coffee syrup I’ve made… and it’s pcos & glucose friendly. vanilla bean coffee syrup recipe 1 cup water ⅓ cup allulose ⅓ cup coconut sugar 1 whole vanilla bean, split + scraped (reserve the vanilla bean caviar) Pinch of sea salt Simmer water, allulose, coconut sugar and vanilla bean pod for about 8–10 minutes, then let it steep as it cools.
