i remember seeing my first vox engine, none of our squad could take it down and it did a missle barrage so we all started running for our lives, then i hear that thing SPEAK in CLEAR english "RUN HELLDIVER" and id never been so terrified playing this game😭😭

Cyberstan was bad, I agree. But the creek was different. We were all recruit divers, none of us were tainted by the horrors of war. This was before balancing changes like rocket devastators reloading, and spawn rates were beyond manageable. We didn’t have access to the luxury of orbital lasers, mechs, tanks, and even our support weapons were lacking. It was by far the hardest battle I’ve ever been a part of, and I’ve lived through the super earth invasion, every single big event, and the war was on cyberstan.

Genuine Creek vet here. Mavelon was insane in its own ways due to literally thousands of us being so new to the game and not knowing jack shi and all of us trying to help eachother out and calling for assistance on tik tok and showing each other how wild it was. That was so fun. Felt like the entire U.S. and other countries gamers were all in the movie terminator/vietnam together. Shi was awesome. Lazer fire spewed out from every bush and tree in the dark. It was jaw dropping but Then came Cyberstan……we knew everything then we had all our strategems and those bots AND cyborgs KICKED our asses ten times over. Witnessing 7 vox engines, 20 hulks descend on you had me in genuine awe and wonder💀😭. Those devs wanted us to lose BADLY😭💀 I loved it though. It was hell and we were all experiencing hell

cyberstan was genuinely hard. malevalon creek was a skill issue because the game just came out and everyone was underskilled.

The Creek wasn't hard, it was traumatic. Cyberstan was amongst the hardest campaigns, but given people's experience and the genuine lack of new stuff besides 3 units, it wasn't so new and traumatic. (I can be biased since I ran C4's and I turned every vox engine into a side issue in 10 seconds but I still think that if there was more variety and danger, it'd be more traumatic)

Cyberstan we were given a tank…. The trident, leveler and a belt fed grenade launcher with HEAVY PEN…. And we still lost…..

The difference between malevolon Creek and cyberstan was the entire player bases, skill level, and the equipment we had access to. More than half the equipment we even have now didn’t exist when we went to the creek. We were maybe three or four war bonds deep when the creek happened. If you were to take current players who’ve been playing for over a year and put them into the creek from back then that shit will be a cakewalk
