We make butter chicken pizza. Add a layer of Philadelphia cream cheese on the bottom of the crust first and then a butter chicken sauce and chicken on top. Mozzarella on top and bake. Yummmmmm

For optimal texture, you should seek out the tortillas that are made from half corn and half flour. Just found them recently and it changed the enchilada game for me.
