wow I have to admit ,,,Ive had a very big problem with this...especially if I feel like the other person has hurt me so much,,or isn't listening themselves,,,I take it as disrespect and I cut them off. Lord I want to be different teach me not to react from pain, the past and hurt

a good way to practice this is to occasionally take a vow of silence and be present for other ppl theres a wonderful story of a man who did and loved it so much he did it for 50 yrs
