Send this to someone you want to bake cinnamon rolls with 🤎🧸 Cinnamon Rolls Recipe🤎 Ingredients Dough * 180ml warm milk * 57g melted butter * 50g sugar * 7g dry yeast * 1 egg + 1 egg yolk * 360g plain flour * ½ tsp salt Cinnamon Filling * 100g softened butter * 30g sugar * 30g brown sugar * 2 tbsp cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting * 30g softened butter * 115g softened cream cheese * 1 tsp vanilla extract * 130g icing sugar For baking * Heavy cream Instructions 1. Mix the warm milk, sugar and yeast together. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy. 2. Add the melted butter, egg and egg yolk, and mix until combined. 3. Add the flour and salt. Knead until the dough is smooth and soft. Cover and let rise for 1–1½ hours, or until doubled in size. 4. Mix the softened butter, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon together to make the filling. 5. Roll the dough into a rectangle and spread the cinnamon filling evenly over the surface. 6. Roll the dough up tightly from one long side to the other. Cut into 8 rolls and place in a baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes. 7. Pour heavy cream over the rolls, then bake at 175°C (350°F) for 20–25 minutes, or until lightly golden. 8. For the frosting, beat the butter and cream cheese until fluffy. Add the vanilla and icing sugar, then mix until smooth and creamy. 9. Spread the cream cheese frosting over the warm cinnamon rolls.
