Could you share his daytime nap schedule? I have a 6m ebf and he sleeps great at night but I need to update his daytime naps for his age wake windows but it scares me with my supply changing his feeding schedule! 😩

Hi!! I’ve been loving your starting solids videos, my baby girl is 6 months next week and suuuper close to being ready to start! As an EBF first time mom I’m curious about your nursing schedule and how it lines up with what you’re feeding him as far as solids? Is it a replacement meal?? In between feeds?? If you made a video talking about it I must have missed it. If not, I’m super curious! FTM here kind of stressed about it! 😅

Dying in the 9 month sleep regression. He was finally only waking up twice a night at 8 months, now 5-6x a night the past 2 weeks. Just keep reminding myself this is TEMPORARY!
