@elastaboy: Foot caves inward on every step? That’s overpronation, and it can be trained, not just taped. ㅤ Your ankle, knee or arch pain could be tracing back to one thing: an arch that never learned to control the roll instead of collapsing into it. The small muscles under your arch are supposed to act like a spring, loading down a little on contact then snapping back. When they go quiet, the arch just keeps caving, and that stress often travels up into the ankle and knee. ㅤ Train the roll, don’t just stretch it: 1. Banded ankle eversion, 10 slow reps each side 2. Calf raises, 3x12, pause at the top 3. Single-leg balance holds, 30 seconds each side 4. Short foot doming, 10 reps each foot, 2-3 second hold ㅤ Follow me then comment “BASICS” and I’ll DM you my Mobility Basics program 👇 ㅤ #Elastaboy #Reboryn #ArchPain #Overpronation #AnkleStability
