I genuinely think there should be stricter laws about filming in public. It causes so many fall outs that wouldn't necessarily happen if people weren't being filmed. I also fear, not just about the creeps but what if someone has escaped DV and gets spotted because they didnt know they were on camera. I know its a very slim chance, but never zero.

You gotta let people know, and I get that privacy isn’t a requirement in public but that dosen’t change how that makes me feel personally to be recorded without prior knowledge. In your case, I expect at minimum a sign and you’re perfectly fine. And yes, I see a distinction between Meta glasses recordings and camera security footage even tho it could also be used for that purpose.

situational. I dont like the whole "audit" bs on YouTube in general. People living their lives just tryna enjoy a day and some dudes standing outside their work or restaurant staring for 10 minutes pretending like theyre there for anything other than a confrontation. then they put up the confrontations quicker than the supposed video they were making 🙄

In your case as long as the people that you recorded are ok with being put on the internet it’s fine. I personally don’t really put my face or pictures on the internet so I say take that into consideration and you are fine.

i use insta 360 hold to my chest to record my repair pov, it so stressful and heavy😂...maybe consider meta glass soon
