🇲🇲🌊 Monsoon Floods Sweep Across Myanmar On August 5–6, 2026, heavy monsoon rainfall triggered widespread flooding across several regions of Myanmar, inundating villages, damaging infrastructure, and forcing residents to evacuate. 🌧️ In Shan State, rising water in the Aeti Stream flooded low-lying areas of Lashio and the village of Nampon.
