I don’t know who said it but I saw a tiktok where someone said. If Lindsay was being called as a witness for someone else who had been accused she would have been pulled apart on her credibility as a witness and told she couldn't have witnessed it in her drug fuelled hallucinating state and was party to suggestion and that is if they even allowed her to testify as a witness being so unreliable so WHYYYYYY is her "confession" taken as gospel.

I think thats why that dr kept saying she didnt remember stuff, I simply think she was stalling when they were asking questions because nobody can understand what happened and I think that dr knows more without implicating anything in this trial

We also need to highlight exactly where the thyroid is!! It sits right ABOVE your voice box, wrapping around your trachea/windpipe. A crushed thyroid would also mean a crushed windpipe BELOW the voice box. That would make it statistically impossible to have spoken 3+ clear sentences to him like he claims.

I believe she did in fact have postpartum depression and later on psychosis, but i think he killed the kids and used her mental state to make her and others believe she did it.

I get the plea deal now. The lawyer would have no other way of getting the ex husband on the stand if they were openly trying to go after him as a third party and now here we are openly going after him as a third party. Can’t wait for the defense to put their ground work, a pic ground work, to use.
