Sadly this works because for content creators even infamy helps them get more eyes on their content. I would recommend yes to talk about the issues but censor their usernames so they don't get the promotion. Showing their face is fine imho.

As a guy he has a friend and he is also disabled, but I have two arms and I can play video games on me but I have a friend who doesn’t have an arm like he’s missing one. I’ve always said this. Everybody to play video games because it should be a hobby. Everybody should be able to play and have fun with his birthday. I got him a accessibility controller and he loved it and now we play a lot of multiplayer games together
