I just want to say, this is excellent but should only be done with very experienced trainers that not only know their way around a rope, but also know when to release so that the horse doesn't get into serious trouble. If the horse did get a rope burn, that can have the completely opposite effect of what is trying to be trained here, which is not to panic when there's something around the feet and legs.

So important to help them learn how to think through problems when it’s not a natural process for them. I love watching people who can help them safely through the process. I often end up working with dangerous horses who react with power and panic through situations.
