Where I work, we have something called the “Superstar award” I know it’s a little corny, but it’s basically like a little metal pin that says the year you won it and the word superstar on it usually, you get it from having an exceptional recommendation

I’m too cheap to be throwing anything free away from work. If it’s from work it gets used at work free shirts are now work shirts cups go for coffee or water breaks, pens I’ll stockpile because I run through pens so fast at work
