Dad Approved Finds :
My dad did “custom baling” for neighbors without equipment for years. Usually he would either give them a price per bale if they wanted to keep the hay themselves, or he would bale it for free, keep the hay, and pay them a smaller amount per bale. If it was a big enough job, the deal would land somewhere in between both of those things, the owner would keep a little bit, my dad would pay a little for the rest, and the owner for a nice clean field 3-5 times a season. You of course could also have someone come brush hog, or lease the land to a cattle farmer to graze on until you’re ready to use the full 20.
