legs. it's mostly affects his legs. and it's a moderate to severe case that had him using crutches most times. also I would think a guy with the bone break disease would know how to crack his knuckles without *cracking* them. I know we all love joker but since when did we turn to making fun of his condition? I'm mostly confused bc this is not the first one I've seen that has not only made a joke about the condition but gotten it wrong as to how it actively affects his life.
