The secret isn’t using more body oil. It’s using the right ingredients in the right order. Details below 🤍 My 3-step belly routine at 27 weeks pregnant: 1. In-shower body salve I massage this onto wet skin under warm water. It’s fragrance-free, made with clean ingredients and genuinely one of the most hydrating body products I’ve ever used. It leaves my skin feeling moisturized even after I step out of the shower. 2. Hyaluronic acid serum I apply this while my skin is still slightly damp. Unlike an oil that mainly seals the surface, hyaluronic acid attracts and holds onto water, with lower-molecular-weight forms able to penetrate and hydrate the skin at a deeper level. 3. Body oil My final step seals in all that hydration instead of simply sitting on dry skin. The oil I use also contains centella asiatica, an ingredient studied for its potential to support skin elasticity and help with the appearance of stretch marks. I apply everything to my belly, boobs, hips, thighs and anywhere else that’s currently growing. I’ve been consistent with this routine since my first trimester, and recently I’ve started repeating it in the morning whenever I remember or my skin feels tight. Of course, no product can guarantee that you won’t develop stretch marks because genetics play a major role. But keeping my skin hydrated, comfortable and cared for has been so worth it. You really only need a few products that actually do what they’re supposed to do. #PregnancyBellyCare #PregnancySkincare #BellyOilRoutine #StretchMarkCare #pregnancytips
