I did this, I opted to be a single mum at age 29.. I met my now baby daddy in South Korea, we were both working there. I was an English teacher and he was in the American army. I'm from South Africa and he is Puerto Rican... the night we met I told him he had nice features 🙈 and asked him to give me a baby no strings attached. He agreed. my son is 6 years old. The best decision I ever made. I don't ask for maintenance, we don't really talk but, his family knows about my son and they absolutely adore him. it's peaceful. oh, and I did get my mum's blessing before I went ahead with this whole plan ...

Single mom of 4 boys 7 and under. If I had it to do over again, I would do it without a man. 100% —it’s just not worth the hassle to involve one for more than their biological contribution…they take soo much of your peace and add so little value.

I have kids by two men. The first was dv the second changed personalities after our second child was born. If you must have kids absolutely do it without a man. They are more hassle than they are worth and I’m convinced there are bad men and men who just haven’t had the opportunity to be bad yet but when the moment is right they’ll strike. Protect yourselves!

It’s getting less and less controversial. Life as a mom is much easier on my own. Having an adult that you absolutely cannot rely on is a mental load that is almost impossible to explain if you haven’t experienced it. And once motherhood is introduced our patience for incompetent adult men becomes non existent.
