I cannot go to bed without bathing or showering. and if i shower or bath in the night i won't go out anymore even the night is still young. And if I go out after taking my bath, I definitely need to shower or bath again.

yes i cannot sleep if i cant shower. and i sleep better with wet hair. no matter how tired and sleepy i am if i cannot shower i still cannot sleep..
