So crunchy, colourful and full of flavour 😍 You'll need: 🥬 ¼ red cabbage 🥬 ¼ white cabbage 🥬 4 savoy cabbage leaves 🥕 2 carrots 🧅 1 red onion 🥄 1 tbsp natural yogurt 🥄 A squeeze of mayonnaise 🍋 A squeeze of lemon juice 🍷 A dash of red wine vinegar 🌿 Fresh coriander (optional) 🌻 Sunflower & pumpkin seeds (optional, for topping) Method: Using a mandolin, finely slice the red and white cabbage. Grate the carrots, then finely slice the savoy cabbage and red onion. If you dont have a mandolin, just thinly slice with a knife Add the red wine vinegar, lemon juice, yogurt and mayonnaise, then mix everything together until well coated. Stir through the fresh coriander if using, then finish with a sprinkle of sunflower and pumpkin seeds for extra crunch.
