@thesun: Amazon said it was investigating after a delivery driver was seen in doorbell camera footage throwing a package onto the porch of a Florida home. Ring footage from Nathan Pekas shows the driver tossing the package toward the front door before taking a picture and walking away. Pekas said the package was delivered by Yun Express, a third-party carrier used for some Amazon deliveries. He said he was surprised by the driver’s handling of the package, adding that the Florida heat “must have been too much to make those extra two steps to the door.” In a statement, Amazon told Storyful: “This video does not reflect the standards we have for our delivery partners and we’re looking into this matter.” #Amazon #DeliveryDriver #Investigation #Florida
