@johnthecraptist: The 9 of Wands reversed is abt those times when we’ve had to FIGHT our way through challenges and troubles and crisis, & we’ve handled the fight like a champ—but we don’t know we’ve succeeded or that the crisis is over bc we’re so fixated on the wounds, trauma, anger or bitterness. That keeps us even recognizing that the crisis is over, let alone how far we’ve come. It’s a bit like having conditions like PTSD or C-PTSD—we’re reliving the crisis, and we don’t know realize just how resourced we really are. Part of the antidote is simply turning AWAY from the wounds and TOWARD all we’ve survived and accomplished, so that all that constant bracing isn’t consuming all the energy we COULD be using to move forward and build toward a new chapter. #tarot #psychology #traumahealing #lifelessons #personaldevelopment
