@chelseablake1125: swelling & Brusing is completely normal. I had 15 extractions & than 8 implants strategically placed into my bone (4top arch 4 bottom arch ) the entire team was AMAZING! Can’t wait for the swelling to go down So I can see these beautiful pearly whites😁

Try Keep your head elevated (even while resting or sleeping), to prevent fluid from pooling in your cheeks 🪑 Continue using a cold compress wrapped in a cloth on the outside of your cheek for 10 to 15 minutes at a time to safely reduce swelling without putting any chemicals into your body. Also please drink TONS of water 💦💦💦💦 to help flush out metabolic waste

Are you able to rotate with IBUPROFEN (must eat with it tho). Too much Tylenol is bad for the liver

Girl is get the ice packs you can fill with ice and use those! I didn’t swell badly like this, I know everyone is different but it will help.. and stop talking girl! Also make sure you have them remake your final sets over and over again if you don’t like them.. go as natural as possible and don’t get the whitest color where you are blinded. Thank me later lol
