@deanedwardschef: Welcome to part two of my fakeaway kebab series where I teach you how to make kebabs like a Boss man. This is how I make a banging Kebab house Chilli Sauce. As a way you could find the full recipe below. 🌶️👏🏼🔥 if you love a kebab, then make sure to hit that follow button and share with all of your friends. 2 large red chillies or more, dependant on how spicy you like it 1 onion diced 1 large fresh tomato diced approx. 150g 2 red peppers from a jar 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 tbsp. tomato puree 1 tbsp. sugar to taste 25ml red wine vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. clove garlic peeled 150ml water approx. Method: 1: Place all of the ingredients, apart from the water into a mini blender and process until smooth. Add as much water as you need to get to the desired consistency. Tip: For a milder chilli sauce, then remove the seeds and the pith from the red chilies. N.B this makes approx 500ml #fakeaway #kebab #kebablovers #donerkebab #chillisauce
