You can use cadastral site plan for preparation for indenture.

please they are all site plans but one is call cadastral plan and the other one is call certified plan or normal site plan.the different between them is that the cadastral plan is a legal plan which can be use for Registration of land and it signed by a licensed surveyor and regional surveyor but the normal certified is only signed by a licensed surveyor and can not be use for land registration.
