I want to become a Veterinarian, but a part of me feels like it doesn't feel as fulfilling (not because I think saving animals isn't important), I've spent a majority of my time trying to exceed expectations, but the Veterinary field isn't seen very highly as other fields in STEM. I feel awful for thinking that way even though this is something I really want to do.

I wanted to be a veterinarian until I did my research and I wanna be a vet assistant and I talk to my guidance counselor and she give me a good opportunity to go to this college. That’s gonna help me do vet assistant I’m so excited I’m applying today for the college 😊

I'm starting third semester of university (vetmed) next week! Being brave enough to just go for it was the best decision ever! Everyone tells me how my eyes lighten up just like they did, when I was a little girl, whenever I talk about animals and my future profession!✨🩺🐾 So to everyone out there unsure if they can do it too - listen to your heart - if it is what you really want, it will work out!❤️
