if you tried our lemon version…you might actually prefer this🍋‍🟩(i do!) (for the lime yogurt) you’ll need: - 200-300g full fat greek yogurt - juice & zest of 1/2 a lime - 2tbsp honey (for the coconut granola): - 1/2 cup rolled oats - 1 heaped tbsp desiccated coconut - 1 tbsp butter / coconut oil - 3tbsp honey / maple syrup (to serve): - fresh mango, cubed - fresh raspberries - fresh blackberries - extra desiccated coconut method: 1. begin by mixing the yogurt, lime juice, lime zest and honey in your serving bowl of choice until thoroughly combined. 2. pop in the fridge whilst you prepare the rest. 3. in a small frying pan, melt the butter along with the maple syrup on a medium to low heat. 4. swirl around to combine roughly and add in the oats and desiccated coconut. 5. toss together using a spatula / wooden spoon, ensuring the oats are evenly coated. 6. cook for a further 5-10 minutes or until golden brown. gather into one corner of the pan and flatten with the back of your spoon (about 1/2cm thick). 7. remove from the heat and allow to cool whilst you prepare the fruit. 8. peel the mango and cut around the stone. 9. slice into rough 2cm cubes. 10. once you’re ready to serve, grab the yogurt from the fridge and place the mango into one corner of the bowl. 11. place the berries on either side in a neat formation. 12. using a wooden spoon, break up the granola into clusters. carefully spoon as much as you wish into the available corner. 13. top with extra coconut & honey if you like… enjoy xxx🍋‍🟩🥥 #yogurt #breakfast #yogurtbowl #cheesecake #EasyRecipes
