Bullies are fucking horrid. If this happened to my little girl I'd be fuming. In my head all I'd be wanting to do is go poor glue over the bullies head. But I also know that would probably make things worse for my daughter and I'd be no better than the bully. Bullies like this should just get instantly expelled. It should be zero tolerance when it comes to things like this.
