Something about sitting around the fire at night in the haus kunai while the elders tell us tumbuna stories just makes it all intriguing. Some are about how things came to be and some are about why people of a certain tribe behave in a particular way. my mom used to be a printer with the Education Department, when I was 7 or 8, she brought one of their books home, it was a compilation of all the traditional stories from different tribes around the country. was my favorite book ya honest! They dnt have that book in circulation anymore, 💔🥲
