✨ Homemade FMF brownies ✨ Ingredients: • 288 g fresh milled soft white wheat flour (≈ 2⅝ cups / 2 cups + 10 Tbsp) • 1½ cups (3 sticks / 339 g) butter, melted • 5 large eggs (see note below) • 300 g granulated sugar (1½ cups) • 320 g brown sugar (1½ cups) • 113 g cocoa powder (≈ 1 cup + 2 Tbsp) • 1½ tsp salt • 3 tsp (1 Tbsp) vanilla extract • ¾ cup optional mix-ins Instructions 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line/grease a 9x13 pan (or larger equivalent). 2. Mill your fresh flour and set aside. 3. Melt butter. 4. Whip eggs + sugars to ribbon stage (pale and increased volume). 5. Add cocoa, salt, vanilla; mix well. 6. Add melted butter; combine. 7. Gently fold in flour until just combined (avoid overmixing). 8. Add mix-ins. Pour into pan. Bake ~40–55 min until set (don’t overbake— they firm as they cool). 9. Cool completely before cutting. Notes: Use soft white wheat for best texture. Ribbon stage is key for fudgy results.
