@valerianlive: Look. I am a Dottolone shipper. My husband and I have cosplayed as them since 2022. Dottore often gets spoken about on his own because he has a lot of solo content but Pantalone gets reduced to smoking, being a "grieving widow" and actually especially faces a lot of people overly feminising him and diminishing him to only being Dottore's 'wife' I'm working on a deep dive video into Pantalone's coping mechanisms and why he thinks/acts the way he does because I find him truly fascinating and in some ways relatable. Pantalone and Dottore BOTH rage bait and 'test' others to push people away after having faced years of rejection and harsh treatment. Pantalone especially I find fascinating with how he views everything useful as having monetary value. Anyway I'll save all of this for the deep dive video, expect more Dottolone even though I still don't really like how I look as Pantalone he's my favourite Genshin character easily and it means so much to me that I can do my part to stop the mischaracterisation and actually yap about him in an informed manner.
