When viewed through thermal imaging, electric vehicles appear much cooler because electric motors convert more of their energy into motion instead of heat. Gas-powered cars, on the other hand, generate intense heat as fuel burns inside the engine, with a large amount of energy escaping through the engine, exhaust, and cooling system.
