HAVE A NANNY! Going to confinement centre can be v v relaxing and healing for mummys since nurses are taking care of your bb 24/7 and all you need to do is rest, pump and pass your milk to nurses for them to feed. U can see bb anytime u want and pass bb back to nursery. But at the end of confinement, u tend to get overwhelmed because u havent gotten the gist of taking care of bb fully yourself! (Part 2)
