@greengummy4: Im mexican but I grew up in the US. My parents are fluent in both English and Spanish so I spoke a mix of both at home but at school I was taught to read and write in English before all else. So even tho I could speak Spanish I couldn't read it or write it so l practically taught myself little by little and to this day I still struggle with my Spanish in general at times. I don't care if this sounds dramatic and parasocial but watching this video broke my heart because deep down I know how Felix felt in that moment. I know how it feels to be belittled for the same reason. This has happened countless times throughout his career and can't help but feel a certain way about it. Im sure lot of people can relate to this feeling growing up with immigrant parents or other family members but I can't imagine how it i must've felt in front of a crowd of people expecting you to be perfect in every way.
