I needed this. it is helping me get back on that path I know what I gotta do my doubt though but I've heard these words do it and it will happen I will give sanctuaries (yes plural) I know what I gotta do. I had to let go of all attachments. that abyss is real and I'm swimming now but I just went to that abyss in May shortly before my physical birthday. then "Reborn" happened got it written and sang and released and now finding the way through the water. it's not so bad and I'm not drowning. I'm swimming. slowly as Taurus does but getting there and we will have the world. we envision it's not long now. I just have to move out of my own way. I have a faulty spinal cord stimulator that feels like electric shock if it gets any charge. so many similarities here I feel you sister.

People don’t understand how safety is so important. Free for close to 4 years now and I just finally this week, was able to sleep in the dark for the first time.
