You are exhausted. Not the kind of exhaustion that sleep can fix, but the kind that sits in your bones, heavy and permanent. It is the exhaustion of feeling too much, of carrying too much, of being trapped in a body and a mind that will not give you a moment of peace. You are tired of the weight. Tired of the ache. Tired of the constant hum of pain that has become the background music of your life. You want it to stop. Just for a second. Just for one single, solitary moment, you want to feel nothing. No sadness. No anger. No longing. No regret. No fear. Just a brief, blissful emptiness where all the noise quiets down and you can finally catch your breath. You want to know what it feels like to be free, even for a heartbeat. You are not asking for forever. You are not asking for the pain to disappear completely. You know that is not realistic. You know that healing takes time, that the feelings are part of the process, that you cannot skip the hard parts. But you are so tired. So endlessly, bone-deep tired. You just want a pause. A respite. A small corner of peace where you can rest before the weight descends again. You try to find it. You lose yourself in distractions—a show, a book, a task that requires all your attention. For a few minutes, you almost forget. The noise fades into the background. You feel almost normal. But then it comes back, creeping in through the cracks, louder than before. The relief is always temporary. The break never lasts. You wonder if there is something wrong with you. If you are too weak to handle the feelings, too broken to carry them. But that is not true. You have been carrying them for so long, longer than anyone should have to. You have been surviving, even when survival felt impossible. The exhaustion is not a sign of weakness; it is a sign of how much you have endured. It is the natural response of a heart that has been asked to hold too much. You want to stop feeling this way, just for a second. Not because you are giving up, but because you need to remember what it feels like to be light. You need to remember that there is a version of you that is not defined by pain. You need to remember that you are more than the hurt, more than the grief, more than the endless loop of difficult emotions. You need to remember yourself. So you give yourself permission. Permission to stop, just for a moment. Permission to let go of the worry, the sadness, the pressure. Permission to breathe without the weight of it all pressing down on you. You close your eyes. You take a deep breath. You let the feelings rest, just for a second. They will be there when you open your eyes. They will not have gone anywhere. But for this one moment, you are free. The break does not fix everything. It does not make the pain disappear. But it reminds you that you are still here, still capable of rest, still capable of peace. It reminds you that you are more than the feelings, that they do not own you, that you can hold them without being consumed by them. It reminds you that you are still you, underneath all the noise. The exhaustion will come back. The feelings will return. But you will have this memory of the break, this moment of stillness, to hold onto. You will remember that it is possible to feel okay, even if only for a second. And that memory will carry you through the next wave, and the next, and the next. You are stronger than you know. And you deserve the rest. Even if it is just for a second. #Love #щп #щитпост
