Combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until evenly moistened. Divide between the bottoms of the dessert cups and gently press into an even layer. 2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping until light and fluffy. 3. Stir the cinnamon into the peach pie filling. 4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. Cut in the cold butter until coarse crumbs form. Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown. Cool completely. 5. Layer the cheesecake filling over the graham cracker crust. 6. Add a layer of the cinnamon peach filling. 7. Repeat with another layer of cheesecake filling if desired. 8. Top with whipped cream, cobbler crumble, fresh peach slices and a light sprinkle of cinnamon. 9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
