I wonder if KR went in with the intent to get her hospitalized and he realized as the case went on there is more than enough reasonable doubt due to Patrick’s conflicting testimony and the shotty detective work.

But what I’m wondering is can this be filed in the current trial. The current trial isn’t questioning if she did it, it’s questioning whether or not she was of sound mind. So, is this possible to file if the question isn’t whether or not she’s guilty? I’d love to see it filed but not sure this applies in this case
