My fear of blood mostly comes from the wound. If I see a bag of blood for medical stuff, that’s mostly fine in comparison to seeing someone actively bleeding. But I will say, I gag and go dizzy when I see my period blood. Idk if I’ll ever get used to it atp

my first period was very heavy (luckily I got it during a summer) so I would pace my bathroom for like 20 minutes to work up the courage to change my pad. now its not nearly as heavy and I just make sure to not look the first few times I wipe😬
