His timing was just wrong he was actually giving you a way on the left lane because of the horn, in normal sense your horn told him to move aside because you wonna speed up and in speeding the inner lane is advisable you know. Calm down a little

Initially I thought it wasn’t a dual carriage but I realize it is. We should be patient a bit on the road even tho you were right, most people misbehave on the road so you should have anticipated his mistake.

I would say, you are rather wrong. Why??. The reason is that, the black Toyota pick up is doing an appropriate overtaking. The Toyota is doing an overtaking at the outer lane. After the Toyota did the overtaking, he came back to the inner lane. U have to take ur time, have patience as the Toyota pick up does the overtaking at the outer lane and comes back to the inner lane to pave way for you to also do the overtaking at the outer lane. U can see that the small car ahead was at the inner lane paving way for u to also do the overtaking at the outer lane.
