I would say, you are rather wrong. Why??. The reason is that, the black Toyota pick up is doing an appropriate overtaking. The Toyota is doing an overtaking at the outer lane. After the Toyota did the overtaking, he came back to the inner lane. U have to take ur time, have patience as the Toyota pick up does the overtaking at the outer lane and comes back to the inner lane to pave way for you to also do the overtaking at the outer lane. U can see that the small car ahead was at the inner lane paving way for u to also do the overtaking at the outer lane.
