@um_mahmoud_pls: هاي اطيب طريقه لفته الدجاج 👌🏻🤤 الطريقه اول شي حمست الدجاج بشويه زيت مع المطيبات هيل وورق غار وقرنفل وعود قرفه وحبه بصله بعدين ضفت عليهم المي المغليه وتركته ليستوي قطعت الخبز مربعات وقليته وجهزت الدقه الخضره عباره عن قرنين فلفل وثلاث حبات ثوم رشه ملح هرستهم وضفت عليهم عصير ليمون وصوص اللبن ٣ كوب لبن زبادي ضفتله معلقه من الدقه الخضره ومعلقتين طحينه ورشه ملح وخلطهم الدجاج بعد ما استوى سحبته من العظم وفتته وضفت عليه الدقه الخضرا وبالنسبه للرز حمسته بمعلقة سمنه وضفت عليه رشه بهار مشكل ورشه كركم وملح وميه سلق الدجاج وخليته يستوي بجاط البايركس ضفت الخبز ثم الدجاج ثم الارز ثم اللبن واخر شي زينته بالمكسرات والبقدونس وصحتييين وعافيه جربوها جدا جداا طيبه 😋😋 #فته_دجاج#fyp #وصفات#اكسبلورexplore
