i think its missing fluff. it just looks like its a naked cat with a big face, meanwhile british shorthairs with such faces clearly look fluffy, so it doesnt stand out too much

I’ll add that tomcats have big cheeks due to testosterone and they can get huge which I think alolan persian could also be referencing in its design.

Very small edition, it’s dark type in combination with the pre-existing lucky cat inspo as a reference to how black cats are associated with bad luck, and yeah it isn’t black but I think it still works

i think even if they defined its chin and made it obvious that the roundness was fluff/fat with just a couple of lines it would improve this design by a huge margin, it's face just looks unfinished
