I have the same handles. The handles no longer open the window as the locking mechanism in the window is stuck. Any way of fixing this without taking the window frame out?

I had the same issue in one of my new build windows. Thought I needed a new handle as the screw was just spinning when I tried to tighten, turns out I just needed to change one screw to a larger one and that fixed it! Just before anyone goes and buys a new handle, to try that first! I’ve kept it just in case I need to replace any others at some point..
