The sad thing is the manager is gossiping in team with other coworkers. They be friends with you, care bomb you to collect information and some of them could end up used against you.

They call it a family. Today I have forwarded my resignation letter. Going to continue my role in hospital bank. I never had issues with my colleagues but it's stressful to work in such an environment. I don't care about any career development. Mental health is more important.

Keep your big dreams away from your co workers. Don't discuss business ideas or plans. They ll get jealous. Do your job , earn your money and go home. Don't tell them about the things your e buying or investing in. Dont let them know your are much more worth than your paycheck...especially long term employees who only dream of your financial achievement outside your job....business., inheritance, purchases. Don't keep them in the loop.
