Sadly emblematic of 2 once great and successful companies; EDS and HP. Ross Perot worked at IBM for years, left IBM and started EDS, Electronic Data Systems. HP, was the 1st company in “Silicon Valley”, started by Bill Hewlett and Dave Packard. It makes you wonder how American corporations can become very successful and then not.

It was not salvageable. I’ve worked on it for ten years . The plumbing is shot the hvac is ancient the bathrooms need to all be redone the carpet as well

Common sense reminder that if buildings could ACTUALLY implode from fire, they would just ignite jet fuel on the upper floors and wait for them to fall symmetrically instead of rigging for demo.

08/09/2026 Sunday morning wakeup Call - Wow - (FRISCO) I ran to my bedroom window to check if it was Thunderstorms coming in & saw clear skies 🤷🏻♂️It felt the same when in lived in Irving & the Implosion of the Texas Stadium 🏟️in April 2010 - I would never go near a demolition especially when an Old building is being demolished - old buildings could have asbestos dust flying around.
