Irresistible Baked Garlic Herb Butter Rice Ingredients: • 2 cups uncooked rice • 1 tablespoon minced garlic • 1 tablespoon dried oregano • 1 tablespoon onion powder • 3 cups chicken broth • 1 tablespoon dried parsley • Zest of 1 lemon • 1 cup heavy cream • 1 tablespoon butter • 3 small butter rolls (or 3 extra tablespoons butter to dot on top) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 2. In a large baking dish, add the rice, minced garlic, oregano, onion powder, chicken broth, parsley, lemon zest, and heavy cream. 3. Mix everything together thoroughly so the rice is evenly coated and seasonings are well distributed. 4. Add 1 tablespoon of butter and place the 3 small butter rolls (or dot 3 tablespoons of butter) evenly across the top of the rice. 5. Cover the dish tightly with aluminum foil. 6. My Pineapple Cake 🍍🍰 Ingredients Cake: • 1 box yellow cake mix • 1/2 cup vegetable oil • 3 eggs • 1 can crushed pineapple Icing: • 1 (8 oz.) block cream cheese, softened • 3/4 cup powdered sugar • 1 pack instant vanilla pudding mix • 1 cup milk • 1 tub Cool Whip Instructions 1. Mix together the cake mix, oil, eggs, and crushed pineapple until smooth. 2. Pour into 2 greased round cake pans and bake following the box directions. 3. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Mix in pudding mix and milk, then fold in Cool Whip. Chill icing while cakes cool. 4. Once cakes are cooled, add icing between the layers and over the whole cake. 5. Top with pineapple chunks if y’all want. This cake is soft, creamy, and full of pineapple flavor.
